Parris Glendening, President of Smart Growth America’s Leadership Institute and former governor of Maryland, will give the keynote address at the 2020 Redevelopment Forum. Governor Glendening will discuss two of the biggest threats to our future—climate change and inequity—and how they are critically connected to the issues of land use, housing, and revitalization. These forces of change are just as relevant in New Jersey and Maryland as they are across the country and around the world. We have the tools to address them. We must take action now.
