Mr. Delisle is responsible for managing approved redevelopment projects and daily staff activities for the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency. During his tenure, he has led the efforts to develop Berry Lane Park from pre-development through design and now construction, leveraging nearly $40 million from multiple funding sources. Through unique public private partnerships, Mr. Delisle has initiated and completed long-standing and challenging urban redevelopment projects. Most notably, Mr. Delisle managed the $2.8M Canal Crossing Redevelopment Area Infrastructure Study. He has more than 18 years of experience in redevelopment, environmental, property and construction management. He previously served as the assistant director of operations and management planning for the New York City Parks Department and has worked at Tyco Telecommunications.
